Hotel Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer flexibility to our guests. Please review our cancellation policy below. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Cancellation 3 Weeks or More

Before Check-In, If you cancel your reservation 3 weeks or more before your scheduled check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund of your total booking amount.

Cancellation LESS THAN 3 Weeks

Before Check-In, If you cancel your reservation in less than 3 weeks before your scheduled check-in date, the amount paid will be non-refundable.

Deposit Requirement

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Without a deposit, no reservation can be confirmed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Check-In/Check-Out Times

Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

Identification Requirement

A valid government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license) is required upon check-in. The name on the ID must match the name on the reservation.

Age Restrictions

All guests must be at a minimum age of 18 years or older to check in without a guardian or parent. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed on the premises unless prior approval has been granted. If pets are allowed, there may be a pet fee or a specific pet-friendly room policy.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel rooms and common areas. A cleaning fee will be applied for any violation of this policy.

Damages or Property Loss

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Any damages will be charged to the guest’s credit card. Please report any issues or damages immediately to the front desk.

No Party Policy

The hotel maintains a strict no-party policy. Large gatherings, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in eviction without refund.

Rates and Taxes

Rates are subject to change based on availability and demand. Taxes, service charges, and resort fees may apply and are not included in the quoted rate.

Force Majeure

The hotel is not liable for failure to perform its obligations under this policy due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or other unforeseen events.

Room Assignment

While we will make every effort to honor specific room requests, we cannot guarantee specific room types, views, or locations.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations, delays, or emergencies.

Group Bookings

For group bookings (e.g., 5 or more rooms), special cancellation policies and terms may apply. Please contact us for more information.

Special Requests

We will make every effort to accommodate special requests (e.g., bed type, specific room preferences), but cannot guarantee availability.

Payment Method

We accept major credit cards for reservation and payment. A valid credit card is required to confirm your booking. Cash payments may be accepted upon arrival, but credit card payment is preferred.
